• We pre-qualify all subcontractors - Safety and Operations
• We require reporting and a root cause analysis of every incident
• Experience Modifier Rate of .47
• All field and project leadership employees complete OSHA-30 training. On federal installations, employees hold a minimum EM385-1-1 16-hour training 
• All field and office employees take annual scheduled drug tests, 25% are tested again on a random basis
• We require all subcontractors to submit a Site-Specific Safety Plan before they can begin work onsite
• Every construction worker and project team member must complete our safety orientation training on the first visit before entering the job site
• McTech operates with a 3-part Safety Plan including General Safety, Haz-Com, and Substance-Free Workplace and installs a Site Specific Safety Plan when the scope dictates
• Safety audits are conducted of all job sites regularly
