We are a strongly unionized workforce and continuously train our internal and field staff to remain abreast of current technology. Our Safety Program, including Site Specific Programs, is comprehensive including General Safety, HazCom, and Substance Free Workplace. We practice daily and weekly lookahead and Tool Box Safety Training. Our Supervisors hold an OSHA 30-hour training and all field employees must maintain an OSHA 10 hour training. Our crews are certified in many secondary areas including Traffic Control Supervision and Erosion Control. We employ engineers and project managers that are LEED-certified - these professionals incorporate the US Green Building Council's leadership in energy and environmental design. McTech Corp has extensive background working under the US Army Corp of Engineers safety requirements and our employees hold a Contractor Quality Control certification when applicable.
