McTech Corp and its employees celebrate success by giving back. Just a few of our commitments are: McTech Corp and its associates contribute annually to the philanthropic efforts of the Ohio Contractors Assn. In recent years, we have donated necessary concrete ready mix to (3) Habitat for Humanity Homes undergoing remodeling; and, among others, we have provided concrete for wheelchair access, ramps, and sidewalks at The Achievement Centers for Children in Westlake. We look forward to participating with OCA annually. We are annual Silver Key sponsors to the “Cornerstone of Hope” offering grief and bereavement services in Greater Cleveland. The Cornerstone of Hope’s mission is “Creating a World Where No Grieving Person Journey’s Alone.” McTech Corp has been an active participant in the annual “Go Red for Women” American Heart Association Greater Cleveland events. We join with women across the Country in taking critical steps together to end heart disease and strokes forever. McTech Corp is a supporter of “Women of Hope”, a faith-based nonprofit that helps women transition from the military, incarceration, domestic violence, and other trauma. We are pleased to provide concrete services as needed at their Cleveland houses facilities. Titled after Bessie Perkins, the Perkins’ family matriarch, we are proud to support

Envisioned by Booker Tall, a Cuyahoga Community College Professor, in 1969, an 8-year journey to secure land for the garden within the 276 acres of Rockefeller Park, situated along East Blvd. and Martin Luther King Blvd. In 1997, 4 acres were secured and dedicated. Early planning was thwarted as Mr. Tall passed away. Interest waned, and in the early 2000s following through to 2012, a renewed interest developed as Mayor Frank Jackson organized a task force to develop and implement a plan for the Garden. With Architect Daniel Bickerstaff commissioned, The Pavilion “Doorway of No Return” and Infinity Fountain, beautiful passageways and gardens Phase 1 is complete, fulfilling a 40-year journey. A ribbon-cutting was held in 2016. McTech Corp is pleased to serve as part of the planning committee, concrete supply source, and donor to this important effort doing so ever mindful of our friendship with Mr. Tall. Fundraising assistance to secure the $2.6 million dollars needed for Phases 2 and 3 requires significant hard work.
